Key Responsibilities:

Develop digital media strategies aligned to brand and business objectives.

Create channel-wise media plans, audience targeting frameworks, and budget allocations.

Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, manage bids and budgets, and drive continuous optimization.

Analyze data and present actionable insights through regular performance reports.
-
Work closely with account management, creative, and strategy teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Essential Requirements:

3–6 years of relevant experience in digital media planning and buying.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, GA4, and tracking tools.

Ability to independently handle planning, buying, optimization, and reporting.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
-
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
-
Age: Below 35 years.
